@OgKelsBells went with a @CrowleyWines Chardonnay, a new addition the shop, to go with her Caesar Salad
– Crisp, smooth and with good acidity to complement the Caesar Dressing.
@AlisonHaislip picked the @Markham_Vinyards Merlot for her “Not Fried Chicken” Salad.
– The BBQ sauced needed big fruit and bold tannins ;-)

– Distinct tannins and high acidity go really well with fatty meals.
