Sunday afternoons with a #TAKEOUTTASTING from @burgersbystandings
From 11-3pm, @standingsbutchery cooks out back and we grabbed a few doubles to pair with the @amistawine_nizzadocg
The Amista Nizza is a Barbera (traditional Italian table wine), light in body, high in acidity (to compliment the fat in the cheese and burger), and it’s both refreshing and sturdy enough to hold up with the burger. Really enjoyable pairing.
