Featuring ghostly labels and haunted vineyards, we’ve got a devilish line-up ready for you… costume or not.  We could have gone with cheesy, gimmicky wines for this Tasting, but every single one of these has a story AND is delicious.

The Holiday Seasons are upon us. To prepare for upcoming Family Feasts / Holiday Events, we’re having a Tasting this week that features AFFORDABLE WINES that OVER DELIVER at their Price Point. An Economist might call these VALUE DRIVEN wines. “You get more bang for the buck.“ Great wines that over-deliver at their affordable price! Our #wineoftheday is the Domaine Anita Chenas Cuvee P’tit Co “Cuvée P’tit Co” comes from a 45-year-old parcel of Gamay situated at 265 meters altitude in soils of pebbly quartz. With its cool northeasterly exposition and lighter soils, this vineyard produces a charming, pretty wine of delicately articulated spice and gentle tannins. Anita employs whole-cluster semi-carbonic fermentation in cement for this cuvée, followed by six months of elevage, also in cement vats. The low tannins and bright fruit make this wine the perfect pairing for red beans and rice. #curatedwines #lovethewineyourewith #winetasting
Our #wineoftheday is the Bois de Boursan Cuvée Le Petit Oursan Vin de France, Rhone Valley, France 45% Grenache, 40% Merlot, and 15% Syrah While not overly complex, this wine was pretty tasty. Bright cherry, blueberry, and light spice. So easy to drink, balanced and smooth finish. D = Delightful #curatedwines #lovethewineyourewith #winetasting
Our #wineoftheday is the @lesmesclances Faustine Rosé Chateau Les Mesclances Faustine - serious and age-worthy rosé named after proprietor Arnaud’s daughter. 90% Grenache and 10% Mourvèdre. Spontaneous fermentation. Malolactic fermentation occurs for a portion of the final blend. Offers plenty of fresh acidity and excellent drive, along with power, structure, and vinosity, with a punchy underlying minerality. #curatedwines #lovethewineyourewith #winetasting #roseallday
Our #wineoftheday is the Avissi Prosecco The grapes for Avissi are selected from small parcels of Glera vines grown throughout the Prosecco DOC. Vineyard blocks are faithfully tended by growers whose families have farmed here for generations. Avissi is crafted in small batches using concrete fermentation tanks, elevating the quality of the wine.
