Tonight’s TAKE OUT TASTING is a pairing of #stephaneaviron MORGON Cote du Py
with @KismetRotisserie chicken with creamy hummus, pickles and their classic wedge… along with a side of the Schmaltzy Potatoes.
The Morgon Côte du Py is structured and earthy and is drinkable now or could age wonderfully for as much as 10 years. The Gamay grapes are sourced from an inactive volcano and aged for 12 months in neutral Burgundy barrels and retain their bright fruit.
Beyond the technical jargon, this wine is awesome and so was dinner.
