Tonight’s dinner required separate pairings.
We grabbed sandwiches from neighbors @oui_melrose.
Both sandwiches were spicy, so we wanted something fresh that wouldn’t overpower the flavors.
Our Grüner Veltliner from @weingut.stadlmann went perfectly with the spicy chicken laffa, and the Peiragal (Barbera) from @marchesibarolo was divine with the spicy house double with bacon.
