Founded in 1934, De Martino has created wines that are a faithful reflection of their origins. The name of this wine - “the forgotten” reflects the grapes used to make the blend. On the nose are aromas of red fruit, herbs, and earthy notes. Our #WineoftheDay is the @errazurizwines Max Chardonnay. This Chardonnay is fresh with notable acidity, with only a moderate amount aged in new French oak barrels. It shows fresh notes of papaya, pineapple, and tangerine on the nose with only a slightly creamy texture on the palate. Bodega Noemia de Patagonia is one of the southernmost wineries in the world, located at the northern edge of Patagonia. The vines are 40 years old. The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks and then aged in used French oak barrels and stainless steel for 10 months. The wine ages 3 more months in bottle before being released. The nose displays notes of dark berries, cherry, minerals and cocoa.
